BIM MODELER

• BS Architecture or Engineering Graduate or related field
• BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
• Strong background/advanced skills in using Revit Software
• With good work ethics and ability to adapt with different project standards.
• With interpersonal skill, good in communication and a team player
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of Revit Family creation is an edge
• Knowledgeable with BIM LOD standards is an advantage
• Experience in using AutoCAD 2D is a plus
• Fresh graduates who are proficient in Revit, enthusiastic and pro-active may apply
• Carry out Revit modeling, detailing and other BIM requirements in accordance with the company standards
• Work closely with group members in developing solutions to project issues
• Able to work under minimum supervision and achieve deadlines for all tasks
